Results: How CIDA Reports to Canadians

As part of its Aid Effectiveness Agenda, CIDA regularly reports on its plans, activities and results throughout the year. All of these reports are made available on this website, as soon as they are published:

• CIDA's Report on Plans and Priorities describes its activities and planned budgets for the following year and is made available on both Treasury Board's and CIDA's websites.
• CIDA's Departmental Performance Report describes CIDA's performance in the past fiscal year, based on strategic outcomes, priorities and expenditures.
• CIDA publishes an annual Development for Results report, as well as country reports detailing accomplishments for each of its 20 countries of focus.
• CIDA releases the Statistical Report on International Assistance, which covers Canada's total development assistance detailing not only CIDA's work, but also that of other departments within the Government of Canada.
• CIDA produces the Report to Parliament on the Government of Canada's Official Development Assistance (PDF 708 KB, 59 pages), which summarizes activities undertaken by federal government departments and agencies that deliver the Government of Canada's official contribution toward international poverty reduction.
  

CIDA also contributes to Canada's performance, an annual report to Parliament on the federal government's contribution to Canada's performance as a nation.
